By booking or using any BCSpa service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
All appointments must be requested through BCSpa's approved booking channels, including our Google Booking link or official inquiry form. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from BCSpa. BCSpa reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. BCSpa accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. For event and corporate bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable unless BCSpa cancels the booking.
Individual service cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice. Event and corporate bookings require at least 48–72 hours advance notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value. No-shows may be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
Mobile and on-location services may be subject to travel fees based on distance from our primary service area. Travel fees are disclosed at the time of booking confirmation. BCSpa's primary service area includes the New York City metro area. Out-of-area travel is available for events and corporate bookings at additional cost.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time. The full service fee applies regardless of late arrival. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, BCSpa reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge a late cancellation fee.
BCSpa provides licensed massage therapy, esthetic services, wellness support, and related bodywork services. All services are performed by licensed professionals within their applicable scope of practice. BCSpa services are not medical treatment and do not constitute medical diagnosis, physical therapy, emergency care, or treatment by a licensed medical provider.
BCSpa maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and providers. Any behavior that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or violates professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the service session. The client will be charged the full service fee. BCSpa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time.
BCSpa gift cards may be used toward eligible services, subject to availability, service area, and booking approval. Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Gift cards have no expiration date unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
BCSpa Wellness Club Memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over unless otherwise specified. BCSpa reserves the right to modify membership terms with 30 days advance notice to members.
Event wellness bookings require a signed service agreement and deposit to confirm. Event bookings are subject to minimum service requirements, travel fees, and setup time. BCSpa is not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues, client-side scheduling changes, or force majeure events. Event cancellations within 48 hours of the event date may forfeit the full deposit.
BCSpa's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. BCSpa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients assume responsibility for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to service. BCSpa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.
BCSpa and BCSrr provide wellness, recovery, and bodywork support services. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, physical therapy, or treatment by a licensed medical provider.
