Welcome to Beauté Clinique Spa. By purchasing a membership with us online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Membership Overview

  • Membership at Beauté Clinique Spa provides you with access to our exclusive massage and skin care services. Memberships are designed to offer convenience and savings for our valued clients.


2. Membership Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the membership account.


3. Membership Plans

  • Beauté Clinique Spa offers monthly and annual membership plans.
  • Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment and will auto-renew based on the selected plan unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.


4. Payment

  • Membership fees will be billed automatically to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file is up-to-date and has sufficient funds.


5. Services Included


  • Membership includes a specified number of massage and/or skin care sessions per month, as detailed in the membership plan chosen.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month unless specified otherwise in the membership plan.

6. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation


  • Members are required to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session.


7. Membership Freezes and Cancellations

  • Members may request to freeze their membership for a maximum of 3 months per year. Requests must be made in writing and will be subject to approval.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.


8. Changes to Membership Terms

  • Beauté Clinique Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of membership at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in writing.
  • Continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.


9. Member Conduct

  • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while on spa premises.
  • Beauté Clinique Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund for any conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.


10. Liability

  • Beauté Clinique Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on the premises.
  • Members agree to release and hold harmless Beauté Clinique Spa and its employees from any and all claims arising from the use of spa services and facilities.


11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the membership will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New York City.

Return and Refund Policy

 At Beauté Clinique Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction to our clients. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Services Refund Policy

1.1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of the missed session.

1.2. Membership Services

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

2. Products Refund Policy

2.1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Used Items: Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.

2.3. Return Process

  • In-Person Returns: Products can be returned in person at Beauté Clinique Spa. Please bring the product and proof of purchase.
  • Mail Returns: To return an item by mail, please contact us for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Refunds

3.1. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3.2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
